About SWC Art Hub

SWC Art Hub is a searchable catalog for recolors, race images, ship art, vehicle art, cockpit work, docking or hangar bay art, and freeform custom items. Artists list what they are willing to share or sell, and buyers contact them directly to finish the deal off-site.

Quick Rules

  • List only artwork you are allowed to share or sell.
  • Keep pricing, keywords, and contact details clear.
  • Artists can charge credits or real money, but do not mix the two in one listing.
  • Payments, quotes, and final delivery happen directly with the artist.
  • Banned accounts cannot stay active to post, edit listings, or use cart tools.

Buyer Guide

How buyers use the site.

  1. Browse by entity type, specific entity, artist, keyword, cockpit, or bay art.
  2. Open any listing to see the available image set and the artist’s pricing text.
  3. Add listings to your cart, then on the cart page leave an amount or note like 3 shares or Unlimited.
  4. Generate an Artist Snapshot and send that frozen link to the artist for a quote.
  5. Pay and receive the art off-site using the artist’s preferred contact method.

Artist Guide

How artists list their work.

  1. Log in through the SWCombine API and save your preferred contact method on your account.
  2. Add a listing for a catalog entity, or use Custom Item for freeform work that does not fit the catalog.
  3. Upload the small image and any matching large, cockpit, or docking or hangar art the entity supports.
  4. Set pricing text, add up to 6 useful keywords, and use mass upload when posting many variants for the same entity.
  5. Manage your listings from your account and artist page as buyers reach out to you directly.
